Our story started in 1993.
We launched the Amigos chain out of a shared passion for exceptional food and outstanding service. Over the years, we have proudly expanded the Amigos brand across 11
stores, creating a community of loyal customers and lovers of great Mexican cuisine.
After a successful long journey, we sold the Amigos brand. It was not the end, just the start of a very fun journey that’s full of new flavors and discoveries. We have quickly set our sights on a fresh new adventure!
In 2020, Hola Mexico was born.
The humble beginnings of Hola Mexico Williamstown!
We opened the first store in Williamstown. Joined by family and friends, we brought authentic Mexican food and culture to life.
We expanded in 2022!
Greatness under construction at Karingal!
The Hola Mexico brand quickly expanded. Within just 2 years, we opened a second store at Karingal Hub in 2022.
On the day of our soft opening, curious customers peeked through the windows, eagerly asking if they could join the fun!
